Yes, we do offer a rush order option! Please indicate that you need this option when ordering, and provide the desired in-house date.

How long will my order take from start to finish?
Depending on the season, wait times may be longer or shorter.
Generally, our turnaround time is approximately 10 business days from the order approval date.
How long will it take to get my quote?
Quotes usually take 1-3 business days, depending on the complexity of the order.
Do I get a mock-up with my order?
Absolutely! Mock ups are created and sent to you via email with your quote for approval.
What sizes can I order?
We offer sizes from newborn to adult 6XL on most items.
If a specific item doesn’t come in the size you need, we’re happy to find a similar option that fits your needs without compromising on quality or price!
Can I get samples to try on?
Absolutely! We can provide you with sample sizes for try on.
Samples will be invoiced at regular price, and you have 15 days to return the samples for a full refund.
Should you decide to keep the samples after 15 days, we offer a 20% discount for the blank sample items.
What are the care instructions for my order?
We always recommend turning your garments inside out and washing in cold water.
Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry to avoid shrinkage.
Do not use bleach, stain remover or fabric softeners directly on the designs.
Are all purchases final sale?
As everything is made custom for you, once you’ve given final approval and your custom items go to print, we’re not able to accept returns.
That said, if something’s not right with your order, let us know. We’re happy to replace any items that have an issue!
How much does shipping cost?
At MB Creations, we’ve got a few ways to get your order to you!
You can choose pickup, local delivery, or shipping; whatever works best! If you go with shipping, the cost will be calculated at checkout so there are no surprises.
